Hi, I’m Delaine.
I’m an Ohio-based photographer with 15 years of experience capturing weddings, seniors, portraits, and boudoir in a fun, editorial style. My sessions are easygoing, upbeat, and designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and totally yourself — because the best photos happen when you’re having a good time. I love meeting new people, celebrating every season of life, and creating images that feel just as good as they look.

Behind the Lens
Photography became part of my life in the most personal way. I picked up a camera after I had my daughter and instantly fell in love with documenting every little moment of her life. I took hundreds of photos, trying to freeze time in a way only pictures can. That experience changed everything for me. I realized how powerful it is to have images you couldn’t capture on your own — and I wanted to give that gift to other families, parents, and individuals, too.
Sixteen years later, I’ve built a career photographing weddings, seniors, portraits, and boudoir with a fun, editorial approach that’s centered around connection. My goal is always the same: for you to feel comfortable, beautiful, seen, and free in front of the camera. I truly believe the best photos happen when you feel relaxed and confident — not stiff or overposed.
One of my favorite parts of this job is meeting new people and learning who they are. I especially love working with high school seniors and helping them show up as their authentic selves. And nothing makes me happier than hearing, “I hate having my picture taken,” and then watching that melt away once we start shooting and they realize it can actually be fun.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m a wife of 10 years, a mom to two kids, 4 bonus kids, three dogs, and one bearded dragon. I love house plants, collect rocks everywhere I travel (yes, I bring them home), and you’ll often find my husband and me out riding our Harleys whenever we get the chance. Life is full, a little chaotic, and incredibly meaningful — and I think that’s why I connect so deeply with the people I photograph.
Photography isn’t just about pretty pictures for me. It’s about trust, storytelling, and capturing moments that matter — in every season of life. I want you to walk away not only loving your images but feeling confident, celebrated, and genuinely cared for throughout the experience.
